Many of you may know I am a Sheffield United fan and with that comes the inevitable bias towards my team.
This time, however, I feel that it is actually warranted and I can back it up with some facts too.
Firstly Sheffield United at the time of writing are 5/4 favourites to be relegated whilst Norwich are second-favourites to go down.
This makes no sense considering Norwich have spent £0 in the transfer market and apparently will not be buying in this window or perhaps the whole season.
Sheffield United have today spent another £20 million on Mcbrunie from Swansea on top of the other record-breaking signing they have made Lys Mousset at another £10 million, Ben Osbourne for £4 Million and Callum Robinson for £7 Million, oh and not to forget Luke Freeman for £5 Million.
That is a whopping spend of £46 Million by Sheffield United a team that also beat Norwich last season, Norwich have spent £0 so how can Sheff Utd be faves to go down, come on!
United relish their underdog tag and another signing they made for free could arguably be the biggest, Ravel Morrison a player with untapped potential now looks as if he has sorted his off-field issues and can fulfill his potential once and for all under the ever able Chris Wilder.
Watch this space, United are on the march.
